Field Olympic FC (including Field Olympic Juniors) is a grassroots football club in Bradford and is responsible for the personal information described here. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email support@fieldolympicfc.co.uk.

• Registering a player:the parent or carer's name, email, phone number, address and relationship to the child; the child's name, date of birth and gender; an emergency contact; any medical information you choose to tell us; and your photo consent choice.
• Membership payments: handled by Stripe. We see whether a payment succeeded, but we never see or store your card details.
• Contact and coaching enquiries: your name, contact details and the message you send us.
• Safeguarding concerns: the details you choose to share in a report, which may include information about a child.
• Spam protection: when you send a form, a quick invisible check (Vercel BotID) looks at technical details from your browser to confirm a person sent it rather than an automated program.

• To register players with the club, the league and the FA, and to place them in the right team.
• To contact parents about training, fixtures, payments and club news.
• To keep children safe, including acting on medical information and safeguarding concerns.
• To publish photos or videos of your child, only where you have given photo consent.
• To reply to enquiries and to run the club.

We use your information to provide your child's membership, because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe football club, and to meet our legal and FA safeguarding duties. Medical information is used only to keep your child safe during club activities. Photos are only used with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We never sell your information. We only share it where needed to run the club:

• The Football Association and our league, for player registration.
• Service providers who host and process data for us: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting and spam protection), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). They may store data outside the UK under appropriate legal safeguards.
• Statutory agencies, where required to protect a child.

We keep player and parent information while the player is a member and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Safeguarding records are kept for longer, in line with FA guidance. Enquiries are deleted once they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw photo consent. Email support@fieldolympicfc.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies set are those needed for club officials to sign in to the club's admin area.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
